TRAINING DAY 2022 (Dominican Republic)

We just wrapped up an incredible fitness retreat in sunny Mexico, and we're still buzzing with energy and excitement from the experience. Over the course of 7 days, we were treated to a perfect balance of fitness, adventure, and relaxation.

Our program featured an impressive lineup of Master Trainers and certified professional instructors from across the world, who led us through a variety of fitness classes including Strong Nation, Zumba, AquaZumba, Zumba Toning, Kettlebell fitness, and Yoga. The highlight for our Strong Nation instructors was undoubtedly the 3-hour Sync Lab led by Strong Techs Eryn Stennes and Rachel Sidney, where they learned new techniques and choreographies to take back to their classes.

While the fitness classes were intense, we also had ample opportunity to explore the beauty and culture of Mexico. We hiked through traditional island villages, swam under cascading waterfalls, and went rafting through the crystal-clear ocean. These excursions were the perfect complement to our fitness routines, providing a thrilling and invigorating experience that left us feeling alive and connected to nature.

As the sun set each evening, we were treated to the flavors of the Caribbean with delicious local cuisine, and soothing yoga sessions to help us unwind and prepare for the next day's adventures.

Overall, this retreat was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to reunite on our next getaway. The combination of intense fitness, cultural exploration, and relaxation created a truly transformative experience that left us feeling stronger, happier, and more connected than ever before.
