We're proud to say that our fitness retreats just keep getting better and better! In January 2018, we rocked Cuba with a group of dedicated fitness enthusiasts, and the energy and enthusiasm was contagious. From there, we moved on to Jamaica in January 2020 and 2022, where we continued to raise the bar with 10 fitness classes a day, including bootcamp, zumba, Strong Nation, AquaZumba, and more. The highlight of our time in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic was the incredible community we built, with 56 participants coming together to push their limits and support one another.
Of course, our retreats aren't just about fitness. We also take the time to explore the local culture and landscape, and our time in Punta Cana was no exception. We visited stunning waterfalls, danced the night away, and made unforgettable memories that will stay with us forever.
